AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Chambers and
Coburg Lands - Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Chambers and Coburg Lands - Section 1 (S-236, C-724), in the City
of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
12th day of June, 1980, and formally executed on the 24th day of
June, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 4098
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1980.
