AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
#8647 Watson Ridge (S-1481, C-729), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in #8647 Watson Ridge (S-1481, C-729), in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of
June, 1980, and formally executed on the 8th day of July, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District,in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4106
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1980.
