AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty-four
Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Dollars ($154,230.00) from the Fee Fee
connection charges to reimburse the General Fund of the District
for the District's ten percent (10%) share of the cost for
Contracts C-684, C-685, C-686, C-687, and C-688 (Caulks Creek
Sanitary Interceptors Lines A-1, A-2, A-3, E and C) and Contract
P-1 (1.0 MGD Treatment Plant).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty-four Thousand
Two Hundred Thirty Dollars ($154,230.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee connection charges to reimburse the General Fund
of the District for the District's ten percent (10%) share of the
cost for Contracts C-684, C-685, C-686, C-687, and C-688 (CauIks
Creek Sanitary Interceptors Lines A-1, A-2, A-3, E, and C) and
Contract P-1 (1.0 MGD Treatment Plant).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1980.
