AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in Lot
27 of Carriage Hill Estates, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of said easement, and
this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The southern five (5) feet of a ten (10) foot easement
along the north line of Lot 27 of Carriage
Hill Estates as recorded in Plat Book 191,
Page 26 of the St. Louis County records;
excepting therefrom the westernmost ten (10)
feet of said easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1980.
