AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 52 of High Ridge Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western ninety-five (95) feet of the five (5) foot
easement in Lot 52 of High Ridge Heights in
St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Plat Book 38, Page 18 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1980.
