AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees
(Construction Account) to purchase equipment, piping and supplies
to be installed by District personnel at the Strecker Treatment
Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees (Construction Account) to purchase equipment, piping and
supplies to be installed by District personnel at the Strecker
Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1980.
