AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Seven Hundred
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($2,760,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund for the construction of combined sewers
in Ferry Street Sewer Repair (S-1465, C-681A), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Seven Hundred
Sixty Dollars ($2,760,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund for the construction
of combined sewers in Ferry Street Sewer Repair (S-1465, C-681A),
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. Upon receipt by the District of any
Federal or State Disaster Assistance funds for said construction,
said assistance funds wall be deposited in the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to reimburse the sum as hereby
appropriated.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1980.
