AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Geyer
Road and Sunlind (S-1005, C-732), in the City of Sunset Hills,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Geyer
Road and Sunlind (S-1005, C-732), in the City of Sunset Hills,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of July,
1980, and formally executed on the 22nd day of July, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4129
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
