AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Twenty-one Dollars ($67,521.00) from the Fee Fee
connection fees for engineering services for the design of
sanitary sewers in the Caulks Creek Watershed.
WHEREAS, the amount as hereby appropriated shall be
disbursed as follows: Fox & Cole Planning, Engineering and Surveying $27,585.00 Clayton Surveying & Engineering Company 20,312.00 Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. 19,624.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Twenty-one Dollars ($67,521.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee connection fees for engineering services for the
design of sanitary sewers in the Caulks Creek Watershed.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
