AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Blackjack - Dellwood Creek to be used for
channel construction, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Foss Ct.
(S-1255, C-701A), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency,
subject to its approval, has agreed to contribute all or a major
portion of the cost of said construction; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack - Dellwood Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Dollars
($61,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack -
Dellwood Creek to be used for channel construction, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Foss Ct. (S-1255, C-701A), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
