AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in St. Joseph
Hills Outfall North Branch (P-9964, C-738) in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in St.
Joseph Hills Outfall North Branch (P-9964, C-738), in the City of
St. Ann, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of
July, 1980, and formally executed on the 12th day of August, 1980,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4136
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
