AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Lamotte - Averill Phase II (S-1177, C-735) in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Lamotte - Averill Phase II (S-1177, C-735), in the City
of Ferguson, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
August, 1980, and formally executed on the 12th day of August,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4138
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
