AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 11 of Ladue Conway Estates, Plat 2, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 11 of "Ladue Conway
Estates, Plat 2", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
125, Pages 88 and 89 of the St. Louis County Records,
thence North 88Ε 52' 10" East 102.83 feet to a point,
thence South 47o 15' 35" East 15.01 feet to a point,
thence South 39o 59' 07" West 5.46 feet to the actual
point of beginning, thence South 23Ε 00' 28" West
167.41 feet to a point, thence North 66Ε 59' 32" West
10 feet to a point, thence North 23Ε 00' 28" East
134.66 feet to a point, thence North 39Ε 59' 07" East
34.24 feet to the actual point of beginning and
containing 1,510 square feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
