AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
"Southgate" in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The westernmost portion of a ten (10) foot easement to a
point two hundred and sixty-nine and ninety-nine one
hundreths (269.99) feet East of the West line of
"Southgate" as recorded in Plat Book 171, Page 76 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
