AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 99 and 100 of Fox Lake, Plat 4, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5') foot easement along the South line of Lot
99 and the five (5) foot easement along the
North line of Lot 100 excluding the
Easternmost seven and one-half (7-1/2) feet
and the Westernmost twenty (20) feet of each
as recorded in Plat Book 198, Page 22 of the
St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
