AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 432 of Indian Hills No. 4 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The eastern one (1) foot of the five (5) foot easement
along the West line of Lot 432, a distance of
seventy (70) feet South of Mohegan Drive
(fifty (50) feet wide), of Indian Hills No.
4, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 46 of
the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
