AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($11,263.45) from the Fee Fee Sewer
Revenue Fund for the adjustment of a sanitary sewer line pursuant
to highway improvements on State Route D in the vicinity of Route
I-270 at Marine Avenue and Craig Road in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3767, adopted April 28, 1979,
authorized the District to enter into a Supplemental Utility
Agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri, whereby
the District would pay for said adjustment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty-three and 45/100 Dollars ($11,263.45) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund for the adjustment of a
sanitary sewer line pursuant to highway improvements on State
Route D in the vicinity of Route I-270 at Marine Avenue and Craig
Road in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1980.
