AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart Two
Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($204,500.00) from the
General Fund of the District to meet District obligations incurred
during the fiscal year 1979 - 1980.
WHEREAS, sufficient unencumbered funds were
appropriated for the fiscal year 1979 - 1980, and
WHEREAS, the funds as hereby appropriated also
represent reassignment from certain classifications of expenditure
to others within the General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($204,500.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart
from the General Fund of the District to meet District obligations
incurred during the fiscal year 1979 - 1980, to the following
departments as hereinafter detailed: To Object Code Amount Wastewater 200 $ 26,000.00 " 300 30,000.00 " 500 79,000.00 Maintenance 200 27,000.00 " 300 30,000.00 " 400 2,000.00 Finance 300 5,000.00 Executive Director 500 2,500.00 Engineering 500 3,000.00 $204,500.00

Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance wad adopted August 27, 1980.
