AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. - Heavy & Highway Division, for the construction of storm
sewers in Gravois Creek Channel Alignment (S-1303, C-711), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. - Heavy & Highway Division,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Gravois Creek Channel Alignment (S-1303, C-711), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of
August, 1980, and formally executed on the 26th day of August,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1980.
