AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
"The Village Green Plat One", in St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
EASEMENT "A"
Commencing at a point on the Northwestern line of Clayton
Road, 60 feet wide, at the Southeast corner of "The Village Green
Plat One"; thence along the Northeast line of said Subdivision
North 32 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds West, 103.96 feet to a
point; thence leaving said Subdivision line and running South 73
degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds West; 15.59 feet to the point of
beginning of the herein described easement; thence leaving said
point and running the following bearings, and distances: South 32
degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds East, 10.40 feet; South 73 degrees
25 minutes 45 seconds West, 46.69 feet; South 23 degrees 36
minutes 39 seconds East, 55.42 feet; South 73 degrees 25 minutes
45 seconds West, 10.08 feet; North 23 degrees 36 minutes 39

feet to a point; thence leaving said Subdivision line and running
South 64 degrees 11 minutes 52 seconds West, 17.11 feet to the
point of beginning of the herein described easement; thence
leaving said point and running the following bearings and
distances: South 32 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds East, 27.18
feet; South 64 degrees 11 minutes 52 seconds West, 5.03 feet;

Commencing at a point on the Northwestern line of Clayton
Road, 60 feet wide, at the Southeast corner of "The Village Green
Plat One", thence along the Northeast line of said Subdivision

beginning of the herein described easement; thence leaving said
point and running the following bearings and distances: North 64

Commencing at a point on the Northwestern line of
Clayton Road, 60 feet wide, at the Southeast corner of "The
Village Green Plat One"; thence along the Northeast line of said
Subdivision North 32 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds West, 424.43
feet to a point; thence leaving said Subdivision line and running
South 64 degrees 11 minutes 52 seconds West, 207.80 feet to the
point of beginning of the herein described easement; thence
leaving said point and running the following bearings and
