AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to pay for
engineering services for the final design plans of the Indian
Hills Sanitary Relief Sewer, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($16,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
pay for engineering services for the final design plans of the
Indian Hills Sanitary Relief Sewer, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 17, 1980.
