AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-six Thousand Dollars
($66,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for channel
construction in Channel Repairs (Florissant) Number 1 (S-1128,
C-737), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management
Administration, subject to its approval, has agreed to contribute
all or a major portion of the cost of said construction; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-six Thousand Dollars
($66,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for channel construction in Channel Repairs
(Florissant) Number 1 (S-1128, C-737), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 24, 1980.
