AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for channel construction in Channel Repairs (Florissant)
Number 1 (S-1128, C-737), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for channel construction in Channel Repairs
(Florissant) Number 1 (S-1128, C-737), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of August,
1980, and formally executed on the 9th day of September, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. 4171
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 24, 1980.
