AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
W. Lockwood #575 (S-1538, C-746), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in W. Lockwood #575 (S-1538, C-746), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 28th day of
August, 1980, and formally executed on the 9th day of September,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4173
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 24, 1980.
