AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 541 (Theiss & Von
Talge) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 541 (Theiss & Von Talge).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 541
(Theiss & Von Talge) shall be as follows:

THEISS & VON TALGE
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Theiss Road 40 feet
wide; said point being the intersection of the centerline of
Theiss Road 40 feet wide, said point being 160 feet northwest of
centerline of Von Talge Road; thence Northwestwardly along said
centerline of Theiss Road 40 feet wide 1303.9 feet more or less to
the intersection of said centerline with the Southwestward
prolongation of the south line of the Mohr Tract, a subdivision as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 11, St. Louis
County, Missouri, Recorder's Office; thence continuing
Northwestwardly along the centerline of Theiss Road 40 feet wide
591.82 feet more or less to an angle point in said centerline;
thence continuing Northwestwardly along the centerline of Theiss
Road 600 feet more or less to an angle point; thence
Northeastwardly along said centerline to the south line of
Interstate 270 (varied width); thence Southeastwardly along the
south line of said Interstate 270 to its intersection with the
south line of tract conveyed to Burwell D. Ford, said point being
165 feet south of the northwest corner of said property by deed
recorded in Book 6283, Page 533, St. Louis County, Missouri,
Recorder's Office; thence Northwestwardly along aforementioned
south line to a point; said point being 360 feet from the
centerline of Theiss Road 40 feet wide as measured along the south
line of said Ford property; thence Southeasterly along a line

parallel to the centerline of Theiss Road to its intersection with
the south line of Lot 6 being the same north line of Lot 5 of
aforementioned Mohr Tract; thence Southeasterly along a line 360
feet parallel to the centerline of Theiss Road to its intersection
with the south line of a tract of land conveyed to Virgil Sorth by
deed recorded in Book 2462, page 280, St. Louis County, Missouri,
Recorder's Office; thence Northwestwardly along aforementioned
south line 104.71 feet to a point, said point also being the
northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Thomas J. Dodge by
deed recorded in Book 7116, Page 2440, St. Louis County, Missouri,
Recorder's Office; thence South 32 degrees 07 minutes East along
the northeast line of said Dodge property, and the prolongation
thereof a distance of 685 feet more or less to a point, said point
being the northernmost corner of a tract of land conveyed to Nick
L. Sweeney by deed recorded in Book 6358, Page 1601, St. Louis
County, Missouri, Recorder's Office; thence southeasterly 227.08
feet to the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Glen
V. Cloninger by deed recorded in Book 6380, Page 523, St. Louis
County, Missouri, Recorder's Office; thence Southeastwardly 201.5
feet to a point in the west line of Von Talge Road 40 feet west;
thence Southwestwardly to the southeast corner of aforementioned
property, thence Southwest 205 feet more or less to the point of
being.
