AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Ramona-Sargent (S-1329, C-731), in the Village of Bel-Ridge,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Ramona-Sargent (S-1329, C-731), in the Village of Bel-Ridge,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of September,
1980, and formally executed on the 23rd day of September, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4178
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1980.
