AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bennish &
Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Grant Farm Trail & Morning Star (S-1349, C-744), in the
City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish & Bommarito Construction Company,
Inc., as the lest responsible bidder, for the construction of
storm sewers in Grant Farm Trail & Morning Star (S-1349, C-744),
in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
12th day of September, 1980, and formally executed on the 23rd day
of September, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1980.
