AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Havenbrook - 3334 (S-1572, C-752), in the City of St. John,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Havenbrook - 3334 (S-1572, C-752), in the City of St. John,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of September,
1980, and formally executed on the 23rd day of September, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4185
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1980.
