AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 7 of Dielman Industrial Park in the City of Olivette, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western five (5) feet of a twenty-five (25) foot
easement along the East line of Lot 7 of
Dielman Industrial Dark as recorded in Plat
Book 177, Page 34 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the northernmost
twenty (20) feet and the southernmost fifty
(50) feet of said easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1980.
