AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($10,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to purchase
the materials for a gabion project known as #1096 McKnight Orchard
Lane, in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri, wherein
the District will supply the necessary materials, and the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri will supply the labor and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($10,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used to purchase materials for a gabion project known as #1096
McKnight Orchard Lane, in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
