AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-four Thousand Three
Hundred Forty-nine and 55/100 Dollars ($84,349.55) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack-Dellwood Creek to reimburse the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for the
District's one-third (1/3) share of the costs of construction of
storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 376
(Champlin Branch - Phase 1, Section 1) S-558, in the City of
Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand Three
Hundred Forty-nine and 55/100 Dollars ($84,349.55) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Blackjack-Dellwood Creek to reimburse the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek for the District's one-third (1/3) share of the costs of
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Subdistrict No. 376 (Champlin Branch - Phase 1, Section 1) S-558,
in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
