HomeMy Public PortalAbout04196 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4196 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak) shall be as follows: YAEGER & HOLLOW OAK Beginning at the northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to William E. Jaudes and Carol J. Jaudes, his wife, by deed recorded in deed book 7052, page 2231 of the St. Louis County recorder's office; thence westwardly along the northern property line of the aforementioned property with its western prolongation to a point in the eastern property line of the property conveyed to Daniel R. McGuire and Nancy Lee McGuire, his wife, by deed recorded in deed book 6766, page 1499 of the St. Louis County recorder's office; thence northwardly along the eastern property line of the aforementioned property to a point distant 352.5 feet from the centerline of Yaeger Road, 30 feet wide; thence westwardly and parallel to the centerline of Yaeger Road a distance of 120 feet; thence southwardly along a line perpendicular to the centerline of Yaeger Road to its intersection with said centerline; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Yaeger Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the eastern property line of the William E. Jaudes and Carol J. Jaudes property aforementioned; thence northwardly along the prolongation of the eastern property line of the aforementioned property to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
