AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an Agreement with the St.
Louis County Water Company, whereby said company will provide the
District with customer and water consumption information.
WHEREAS, the District requires said information in
order to perform its billing for sewer service charges,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an Agreement with the St. Louis County Water Company, whereby
said company will provide the District with customer and water
consumption information.
Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
