AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for engineering
services for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
383 (LaVenta-LaSierra Phase II) S-1580, C-749, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said services; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said services;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for engineering services for the construction of storm
sewers Subdistrict No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra Phase II) S-1580,
C-749, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
