AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth and
Sons, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict
No. 383 (LaVenta-LaSierra Phase II) S-1580, C-749, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth and Sons, Inc., as the lowest
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
383 (LaVenta-LaSierra Phase II) S-1580, C-749, in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
September, 1980, and formally executed on the 7th day of October,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director arid the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
