AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company, for the construction of storm sewers in
Landmark Court (S-1462, C-755), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Landmark Court (S-1462, C-755), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri, within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of September,
1980, and formally executed on the 7th day of October, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4203
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
