AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bennish and
Bommarito Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Lilac #9926 (S-1456, C-745), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri; and the Village of Riverview,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish and Bommarito Construction Co., Inc.
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Lilac #9926 (S-1456, C-745), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri; and the Village of Riverview,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 25th day of September,
1980, and formally executed on the 7th day of October, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4205
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
