AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Princeton Place, formerly Orth Property in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
A tract of land being part of a 10 Foot Wide Easement
granted to Grand Glaze Sewer Company by Deed recorded in Book
5052, Page 167 of the St. Louis County Records in Section 20,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of property conveyed
to Ottomar Orth, by Deed recorded in Book 2997, Page 478 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence along said Orth's Eastern line
South 0 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, 20.01 feet to a point
on the centerline of the aforementioned 10 Foot Wide Easement;
thence leaving Orth's Eastern line and running along said
centerline South 58 degrees 08 minutes 49 seconds West, 183.29
feet and South 8 degrees 25 minutes 39 seconds East, 124.31 feet
to the point of beginning of the herein Easement Vacation; thence
continuing along said centerline South 8 degrees 25 minutes 39
seconds East, 321.15 feet to the end of said Easement Vacation.
A tract of land being part of a 10 Foot Wide Easement
granted to Grand Glaize Sewer Company by Deed recorded in Book
5052, Page 163 of the St. Louis County Records in Section 20,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of property conveyed
to Ottomar Orth, by Deed recorded in Book 2997, Page 478 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence along said Orth's Eastern line
South 0 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, 20.01 feet to a point;
thence leaving Orth's Eastern line and running South 58 degrees 08
minutes 49 seconds West, 183.29 feet and South 8 degrees 25
minutes 39 seconds East, 445.46 feet to a point on the centerline
of the aforementioned 10 Foot Wide Easement and the point of
beginning of the herein described Easement Vacation; thence along
said centerline South 30 degrees 16 minutes 01 second West, 350.67
feet to the end of said Easement Vacation.
A tract of land being part of a 10 Foot Wide Easement
granted to Grand Glaize Sewer Company by Deed recorded in Book
5229, Page 112 of the St. Louis County Recorded in Section 20,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of property conveyed
to Ottomar Orth, by Deed recorded in Book 2997, Page 478 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence along said Orth's Eastern line
South 0 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, 20.01 feet to a point;
thence leaving Orth's Eastern line and running South 58 degrees 08
minutes 49 seconds West, 183.29 feet and South 8 degrees 25
minutes 39 seconds East, 445.46 feet to a point on the centerline
of the aforementioned 10 Foot Wide Easement and the point of
beginning of the herein described Easement Vacation; thence along
said centerline North 43 degrees 08 minutes 58 seconds West,
132.92 feet to the end of said Easement Vacation.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
