AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Geneseo Hills in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The North-South five (5) foot easement in Lot 1 of
Geneseo Hills as recorded in Plat Book 34,
Page 18 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10)
feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
