AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Paric
Corporation for the construction of storm sewers in Gray-Oak
Stormwater Channel Improvement (S-1584, C-736), in the City of
Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Paric Corporation, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Gray-Oak Stormwater Channel Improvement (S-1584, C-736), in the
City of Des Peres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th
day of October, 1980, and formally executed on the 21st day of
October, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1980.
