AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Hildred No.
1918 (S-1491, C-756), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Hildred No. 1918 (S-1491, C-756), in the City of Jennings,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis District, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 9th day of October, 1980, and
formally executed on the 21st day of October, 1980, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4220
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1980.
