AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Coldwater-Overland (Section II) Phases I & II (S-1637, C-743), in
the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Coldwater-Overland (Section II) Phases I & II (S-1637, C-743), in
the City of Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th
day of October, 1980, and formally executed on the 21st day of
October, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 4222
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1980.
