AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 534 (Meramec
Hills) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 534 (Meramec Hills).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 534
(Meramec Hills) shall be as follows:
MERAMEC HILLS
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Meramec Hills #1,
recorded in Plat Book 99, page 48 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence North 89Ε 55' west 417.71' to a point;
thence North 00Ε 10' east 104.35' to a point, being the northeast
corner of Lot 25 of Meramec Hills #2 as recorded in Plat Book 99,
page 83 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
westwardly along the north property line of Meramec Hills #2 and #3
as recorded in Plat Book 101, page 39 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office, North 89Ε 55' west 895.29' to the northwest
corner of Lot 17 of Meramec Hills #3, thence southwardly along the
west property line of Meramec Hills #3, South 1Ε 30' west 540.17'
to the southwest corner of Lot 14 of Meramec Hills #3; thence
eastwardly along the south property line of Meramec Hills #2 and 3,
South 89Ε 55' east 1153.65' to the southeast corner of Lot 5 of
Meramec Hills #2; this point being 251.92' from the northeast
corner of property conveyed to Charles and Josephine Dolles by Deed
recorded in Deed Book 2405, page 469 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office, thence South 00Ε 10' west 172.91' to a point;
thence eastwardly 251.92' South 89Ε 55' west to the west line of
Becker Road; thence North 00Ε 10' east 172.91' to the southeast
corner of Lot 3 of Meramec Hills #1, continued along the west line
of Becker Road North 00Ε 10' east 435.5' to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1980.
