AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 421 (Al-Lin
Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 421 (Al-Lin Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 421
(Al-Lin Court) shall be as follows:

AL-LIN COURT
Beginning at the intersection of the southern right-of-way line of
Prospect Drive, 50' wide, with the eastern line of Lot 1 of Al-Lin
Court, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Plat Book 83, page 18, St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's
office; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Al-Lin
Court subdivision to the southernmost corner of Lot 5 of said
subdivision; thence northwestwardly along the southwestern line of
Al-Lin Court subdivision to the westernmost corner of Lot 7 of
said subdivision; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern
line of said Lot 7, 95.09' to the northernmost corner of Lot 7;
thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 7 and
its prolongation, 276.36' to the center of AI-Lin Court, a public
street; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Al-Lin
Court to its intersection with the southeastward prolongation of
the southwestern line of Lot 9 of said AI-Lin Court subdivision;
thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and southwestern
line of Lot 9, 170'; thence northeastwardly along a line at right
angle to said southwestern line of Lot 9, 90' to a point on the
southwestern line of Lot 10 of said Al-Lin Court subdivision;
thence southeastwardly along said southwestern line of Lot 10 to
the southernmost corner of said Lot 10; thence northeastwardly
along the southeastern line of said Lot 10 to its intersection
with

the southern right-of-way line of Prospect Drive, 50' wide; thence
northeastwardly across Prospect Dr. to the southwestern corner of
Lot 14, Block 4, of Pattonville Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 17, page 78, St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's office;
thence northwardly along the western line of said Lot 14 to its
northernmost corner; thence eastwardly along the northern lines of
Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 of Block 4 of said Pattonville Subdivision
to the easternmost corner of said Lot 17; thence southwardly along
the eastern line of said Lot 17 to its intersection with the
northern right-of-way line of Prospect Drive, 50' wide; thence
southwardly across Prospect Drive to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1980.
