AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 6 and 7
of Chesterfield Trails Plat 2 in St. Louis County, Missouri:
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a sewer easement as recorded in Book
6578, Page 1839 of the St. Louis County
records, lying within Lots 6 and 7 of
Chesterfield Trails Plat 2 as recorded in
Plat Book 190, Page 70 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1980.
