AN ORDINANCE, renewing a contract with the General
Reinsurance Corporation, Daniel and Henry, agents, for the
District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from
December 1, 1980 to December 1, 1981.
WHEREAS, the General Reinsurance Corporation, the
present carrier of the District's Excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance coverage from December 1, 1979 to December 1, 1980, has
submitted a proposal for renewal of such contract for the year
December 1, 1980 to December 1, 1981 at the same cost for the
year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation, the
present insurance carrier of the District's Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance at and for a deposit premium of Twelve
Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00), is hereby awarded the renewal
contract for such insurance coverage from December 1, 1980 to
December 1, 1981 at the same annual cost.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1980.
