AN ORDINANCE, renewing a contract with Home Indemnity
Company (Lawton, Byrne, Bruner Insurance Agency Company, Agent)
for the District's automobile fleet insurance coverage until
November 25, 1981.
WHEREAS, the Home Indemnity Company, the present
carrier of the District's automobile fleet insurance coverage from
November 25, 1979 to November 25, 1980, has submitted a proposal
for renewal of such contract for the year November 25, 1980 to
November 25, 1981, at an increased cost of Five Percentum (5%) for
the year, which increase the District considers as reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Home Indemnity Company, the present
insurance carrier of the District's automobile fleet insurance at
and for a renewal premium with a Five Percentum (5%) increase over
the prior year's rate, or $35,816.50 on the same basis, is hereby
awarded the contract for such automobile fleet insurance coverage
from November 25, 1980 to November 25, 1981.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1980.
