AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Delavan &
Audrain Storm Sewer (S-833, C-757), in the Village of Bel-Nor,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Delavan
& Audrain Storm Sewer (S-833, C-757), in the Village of Bel-Nor,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of October,
1980, and formally executed on the 7th day of November, 1980, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4237
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 26, 1980.
