AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 106 of Parc Argonne Forest 2nd Addition in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southwestern two (2) feet of a ten (10) foot
easement in Lot 106 of Parc Argonne Forest
2nd Addition as recorded in Plat Book 192,
Pages 46 through 49 of the St. Louis County
records, excepting therefrom the northwestern
five (5) feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 26, 1980.
