AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in Herman
Stemme Office Park in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
this District has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of Lot 2 of "Herman Stemme Office Park", subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 198, Pages 20 and 21 of the St. Louis County Records in Township 45 North - Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point reached by the following courses and distances: Beginning at the Northernmost corner of said Lot 2; said beginning point being also a point on the Southeast line of Olive Street Road; thence Southeastwardly along the Northeast line of said Lot 2 South 54 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 223.32 feet to a point; thence South 36 degrees 01 minute 52 seconds West 26.23 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 36 degrees 01 minute 52 seconds West 167.04 feet to a point; thence North 61 degrees 31 minutes 52 seconds West 134.20 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 50 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds East 4498.66 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 17.73 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees 31 minutes 52 seconds East 115.07 feet to a point; thence North 35 degrees 36 minutes 59 seconds East 151.91 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees 47 minutes 04 seconds East 19.10 feet to the actual point of beginning. A 10-foot strip of land being part of Lot 2 of "Herman Stemme Office Park", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 198, Pages 20 and 21 of the St. Louis County Records in Township 45 North - Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and the centerline of said 10-foot strip is more particularly described as:

Beginning at a Point on the Northeast line of said Lot 2; said beginning point being distant South 54 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 68 feet from the intersection of said Northeast line with the Southeast line of Olive Street Road; thence South 35 degrees 33 minutes 58 seconds West 152.91 feet to the point of ending. A tract of land being part of Lot 2 of "Herman Stemme Office Park", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 198, Pages 20 and 21 of the St. Louis County Records in Township 45 North - Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the Northeast line of said Lot 2; said beginning point being distant South 54 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 96.10 feet from the intersection of said Northeast line with the Southeast line of Olive Street Road; thence Southeastwardly along said Northeast line of Lot 2 South 54 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds East 3.57 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 39 minutes 41 seconds West 153.49 feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees 18 minutes 17 seconds West 3.68 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 50 degrees 16 minutes 26 seconds East 4508.66 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 153.50 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 26, 1980.
